 A Reason For® RETURN POLICY


              Books in new, salable condition* may be returned within 60 days of purchase, with prior approval. Books that have been discounted, offered as promotional, or on a special sale, are nonrefundable.  (Excluding “classroom discounts”)

            Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the sender when returning product. Once the product is received and reviewed, a credit, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be applied to the account. Shrink-wrapped items that have been unwrapped are not eligible for return.

           Any product returned will be eligible for credit only. To be eligible for a credit, products must be returned within 60 days in new, salable condition and meet the return criteria.

          It is suggested that returns be shipped via an insured and traceable carrier, such as FedEx or UPS. Damaged or poorly packed packages may be refused at time of delivery.

Defective or damaged products should be reported within 10 days for replacement.
